What we collect, and why.

When you request the private dossier or a site visit, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, contact number, country and city, your stated interest and timeframe, and — only if you choose to provide it — an indicative investment range.

We also record basic context about the enquiry: the page it was made from, the button used, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, the referring website and the first page you landed on.

We do not ask for identity documents, financial records or any other sensitive information through this site.

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, to share project information, and to arrange a site visit where requested. Enquiry context is used in aggregate to understand which pages and channels people arrive through.

We do not sell your details. We do not share them with third parties except service providers acting on our behalf in connection with your enquiry, and where required by law.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as the conversation remains relevant, and thereafter only as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

You may ask us at any time to correct your details, stop contacting you, or delete your record. Write to investments@shukranamountainreserve.com and we will act on the request.

This site stores a small amount of information in your own browser — the page you first landed on, whether you have used the scenario tool, and enquiries awaiting submission. It is used only to complete and attribute your enquiry, and clearing your browser data removes it.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
